Hastings Chess Project
I have always liked the square format in photography, i knew Hastings has a big name in chess, I chose to combine the two.
Originally I intended to have a checker board created from high-key and low-key images.
Here is Hastings in a chess board.
The square for the main pieces are related to the piece that sits upon it. These pieces come from modern day chess pieces right back to the origins of the game.
